Set up every rate, every hauling type, every extra and every minimum. Save every quote, track every status, keep every customer. All of it is on the free plan. The paid plan adds one thing: more quotes. If five hauls a month is what you run, you may never need it.
Measure it against one haul.
$49 a month is less than the deadhead on a lot of single runs. Price the trip home once that you'd otherwise have missed, or charge a short haul for what the day costs instead of what the miles say, and the month has paid for itself.
The yearly plan is $490, the price of ten months. The other two are free.
A quote is one new trip.
A quote counts when you price a pickup-to-drop-off trip for the first time. Working the price doesn't count.

If an address can't be found, nothing is counted. Your fifth quote of the month stays fully adjustable. On the sixth new trip you'll be asked if you'd like to upgrade: no error, and nothing you've saved is locked. The count starts over on the 1st of each month.
Plain terms.
- No contract. Cancel from your account any time. Paid quoting runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Your data stays yours. Cancel or drop back to Free and your rates, quotes and customers are all still there.
- No setup fees, no per-quote charges, no cut of your jobs.
- A missed payment won't lock you out overnight. There's time to sort it out before the account moves back to Free, and nothing is deleted.
- No launch pricing. Everyone pays the same.
Billing questions
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. You only enter a card if you choose a paid plan.
What happens when I've used my 5 free quotes?
You can still open, edit and track everything you've saved. Pricing a sixth new trip that month asks you to upgrade; otherwise your count starts over on the 1st.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from your account, any time.
If I cancel, do I lose my quotes?
No. Your account moves to Free at the end of the paid period, and your rate setup, saved quotes and customers stay.
Is it priced per truck or per user?
Per account. PriceTheHaul is built for one operator per account.
